Voudou Wiki

Ashe' Ashe', in the name of God/Goddess, the ancestors and the loa, welcome! This wiki is intended to be an encyclopedia of all topics related to the religion and practice of Voudou, also called Voodoo, both the Haitian and New Orleans varieties, with coverage also given to related faiths in the African diaspora, such as Santeria, Candomble, and 21 Divisions. This wiki was created in part in the hope that getting real information about these faiths out into a searchable public database will help to dispel many of the myths and misunderstandings that still exist about them. If you feel you have something positive and constructive to contribute, whether you are a practitioner or simply have an academic interest, please join us!
